Román Andrés Zárate is Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. His research interests include labor economics and economics of education. He is currently involved in a Blueprint Labs project that evaluating the effect of exam schools and affirmative action policies in Chicago. Roman received his PhD in economics at MIT in 2019.
