Deborah is the Senior Project Manager for the Office of Early Childhood at the School District of Philadelphia. She is responsible for the eligibility determination, community outreach, recruitment & marketing, selection, enrollment, and attendance processes for three PreK grant funded programs awarded to The District of Philadelphia.
