Sam Obrochta is the Assistant Director of Access Initiatives at Elevate 215, where she works to expand awareness of K–12 school options and strengthen connections between families, schools, and community partners. She began her career at KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy before joining TECH Freire Charter School, where she increased applications by 50% and helped the school surpass enrollment targets by 25% annually, contributing to a perfect charter renewal score. Now at Elevate 215, Sam brings her expertise in enrollment, data strategy, and collaboration to create systems that better serve students and families. As a SAQ Fellow, she is eager to deepen her knowledge of enrollment policy and explore ways to make Philadelphia’s school choice systems more simple, equitable, and accessible. Originally from the Midwest, she has called Philadelphia home for more than seven years and remains deeply committed to its schools and communities.
