Paul Houchens has over 20 years of leadership experience in two of the largest school districts in the US. During this time, he has worked in Research, Evaluation, and Assessment and been responsible for state testing and school accountability. Over his tenure, there have been large changes in the public school landscape which have lead to a more complex and competitive education environment impacting both enrollment and school performance measures.
