Jennifer is the People and Operations Lead at Blueprint Labs. Jennifer manages Blueprint Labs’ grant, finance, and HR functions, provides direct management to finance and operations staff, indirectly manages research staff, and leads all other operational functions. Before joining Blueprint, she held cross-functional roles at political, consulting, and arts education nonprofits. Jennifer earned her BA from Connecticut College in Design.
