As Senior Director of School Support, Erin supports the New York Charter Schools Association by developing programming and providing individual support for charters across New York State.  Previous to her role at the Association, Erin worked with New York’s largest charter school authorizer, the Charter Schools Institute, conducting charter school visits and evaluations, contributing to the development of evaluation and charter recommendation reports, and supporting with the development of the Institute’s Evaluation Team.   She also worked at the New York State Education Department assisting Local Education Agencies with federal grant applications and school evaluations and taught biology at SUNY Albany and Troy Prep Charter School.  She has a M.A. in Biology Instruction and M.S. in Biodiversity, Conservation and Policy.
