Christina is an equity-driven leader whose work bridges operational excellence and K-12 education. With over 20 years in public, charter, and nonprofit education spaces, her work spans school leadership, strategic operations, program development, and partner success – grounded in a deep belief that those closest to students, including students themselves, must shape the decisions that affect them. As Director of Operations at READY, Christina supports the infrastructure behind READY’s programs and initiatives, ensuring attention to detail and continuous improvement to processes for enhanced outcomes. Her work with READY spans program administration, internal systems and grant management, marketing, budgeting, and co-creating the foundations needed for educator-led innovation, ensuring that logistics never become a barrier to bold ideas. Prior work with Discovery Education, Uncommon Schools, and districts across Monroe County, have deepened her commitment to inclusive practices, culturally responsive systems, and sustainable implementation. Christina holds advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Special Education from St. John Fisher University and Roberts Wesleyan University and holds certifications in District and Building Leadership in New York State. At St. John Fisher she was honored with the Ronald Edmonds Award of Excellence for being an educator who exemplifies the characteristics of leaders in effective schools. Christina contributes to civic and community life as a member of the Rochester Women’s Network and volunteers with the Rochester International Film Festival and Be My Eyes, reinforcing her dedication to access, storytelling, and collaboration across sectors. Her practice is shaped by the belief that operational strategy is not separate from educational justice, it is a critical tool for achieving it.
