Robert is a former research fellow and a current PhD student in Economics at MIT. He graduated from MIT in 2020, where he studied Mathematics and Economics. At Blueprint Labs, Robert is involved in evaluating the impact of military matching markets on officer diversity, retention and success. Robert’s main research interests lie in labor economics and econometrics.
