Two Decades of Massachusetts Charter School Effects

This paper estimates effects of Massachusetts charter school attendance for students applying to charters from 2002 to 2022, focusing on changes over time. Admissions lotteries provide random variation to estimate causal charter attendance effects on standardized test scores, SAT outcomes, and college enrollment.
