Peter Berggren is an economics researcher with a professional interest in the labor market impacts of advanced AI technologies. He graduated from MIT in May with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, and data science and double minors in mathematics and philosophy. He previously worked at PolicyEngine on reweighting survey data using machine learning, and worked earlier with Professor Joseph Doyle on analyzing healthcare spending across regions. In his spare time, he enjoys building computers, painting Warhammer miniatures, and reading science fiction.
