Seth Paddock is the Director of K-12 Enrollment at NOLA Public Schools. In this role he coordinates with the 30 charter operators that run 70+ schools in New Orleans on long term enrollment strategy and policy. This includes monitoring completion of the New Orleans Common Application Process, setting school level enrollment targets, ensuring adherence to district enrollment policies and supporting families in the enrollment process throughout the year. Prior to joining NOLA Public Schools, Seth worked as a teacher, enrollment coordinator, and data manager at Educators for Quality Alternatives, a charter operator that focuses on serving New Orleans students that have struggled to find success in traditional settings. A graduate of Cornell University, Seth first entered the education field as a Teach For America corps member in the Mississippi Delta, teaching 12th grade English at Humphrey’s County High School in Belzoni, Mississippi. In his free time Seth enjoys playing in a moderately competitive adult soccer league and tinkering around in his garage.
