Luke Hostetter serves as director of strategic planning at Richmond Public Schools in Virginia. He leads the team responsible for enrollment and school applications, as well as ensuring those processes inform equitable allocation of resources across the division. Before joining Richmond Public Schools, he held strategy and operations roles with District of Columbia Public Schools in their Office of Instructional Practice.
