Justin Smith, Director of Student Recruitment and Enrollment, YES Prep Public Schools| Justin Smith is a proud Baton Rouge, LA native. He attended Louisiana State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Justin began his career in education shortly after marrying his wife, who is a teacher. For the past five years, Justin has served as Director of Operations for Baton Rouge College Preparatory and IDEA Public Schools Southern Louisiana. He has a compelling story of overcoming adversity to achieve success and a tremendous passion for empowering students to do the same.
